1. Free Programs
Many of our internships and courses are free of charge. As no payment is collected for these offerings, no refund policy applies to such programs.
2. Paid Programs & Certifications
a. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds for paid programs (such as our 90-day internships or advanced certification tracks) are available under the following conditions:

A written request is submitted within 7 days of payment and before program access or participation begins.

The participant has not yet attended any live session or accessed more than 5% of the online materials.
b. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

You have accessed a significant portion of the course/internship material.

You have attended live sessions, received mentorship, or started on project assignments.

Your request comes after 7 days of payment.

You have enrolled through discounted plans, coupon codes, or institutional offers.

Failure to participate or complete due to personal scheduling conflicts, technical issues on the user’s end, or lack of interest.
3. Program Cancellation by StarsIntern
In rare circumstances where a program is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen events (e.g., low enrollment, technical limitations, or full program period mentor unavailability), you may be offered:

An option to transfer your enrollment to another batch or program at no extra cost.
